NPFL: Obaje leaves Rangers for Oman Club

Godwin Obaje has joined Omani Pro League side, Oman Club, DAILY POST reports.

Obaje left the reigning Nigeria Premier Football League champions, Rangers after the expiration of his contract.

The striker played a key role in Rangers’ title success last season.

The 27-year-old grabbed 12 goals in 36 league appearances for the Flying Antelopes.

Obaje was top scorer in the NPFL in the 2016/17 season.

He once played in the NPFL for Wikki Tourists, Plateau United and Abia Warriors.
