Transfer: Dele-Bashiru pens new two-year contract at Watford

Sky Bet Championship club, Watford, have announced Tom Dele-Bashiru has put pen to paper on a new contract.

Dele-Bashiru signed a two-year contract with the option of another year.

The 24-year-old arrived the Vicarage in 2019 after leaving Manchester City.

The midfielder struggled to break into the first team in his first season at the club.

An ACL injury unfortunately cut his season short during the early part of 2020/21.

Dele-Bashiru however regained top form last season, proving his versatility by also playing as a right-back.

He scored three goals in 38 league appearances for the Hornets.
