RB Leipzig striker, Benjamin Sesko, has insisted he made the “right decision” by snubbing a summer move to Arsenal.
Sesko became one of the most wanted players after last season where he scored 18 goals.
The Gunners and Manchester United were believed to be chasing his signature.
But Sesko opted to sign a new contract with Leipzig and stay in Germany for another season at least.
In an interview with Nogomania, he explained: “I thought it through very well.
“I believe I made the right decision. I wanted to gain more experience, learn more, and not rush things. Leipzig is an excellent club that can provide what I need for the next step.
“Leipzig’s vision is clear; everything is geared towards growth, progress, and high goals. I felt it was right to decide this way.”
