Ikorodu City have completed the signing of Rivio Ayemnwere from Sporting Lagos, DAILY POST reports.
Ayemnwere joined the Oga Boys following Sporting Lagos’ relegation from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) next season.
The striker is Ikorodu City’s first signing this summer.
Ayemnwere has already started training with his new teammates ahead of the upcoming season.
Ikorodu City will face four-time NPFL champions, Kano Pillars in their first-ever game in the top-flight.
The new NPFL season will commence on Saturday, August 31st.
