Portuguese Primera Liga outfit, Estrella is chasing Nigeria defender, Benjamin Tanimu, DAILY POST reports.
According to reports, Estrella’s initial $320,000 bid was deemed insufficient by Tanimu’s Tanzanian club, Ihefu FC.
Estrella is expected to return with an improved bid before the end of the transfer window.
The 22-year-old only joined Ihefu FC from Nigeria Premier Football League side, Bendel Insurance last year.
The centre-back made his international debut against Ghana in March.
He has made three appearances for Nigeria.
