Championship: I must add goals to my game — Dele-Bashiru

Watford Midfielder, Tom Dele-Bashiru has said it is important for him to add goals to his game, DAILY POST reports.

Dele-Bashiru opened his goal account for the season in Watford’s 1-1 home draw against Coventry City on Saturday.

The Sky Blues opened the scoring early on through Ellis Simms.

Watford equalised just after the hour thanks to a goal from Dele-Bashiru.

The Nigerian also reflected on the Hornets’ performance in the thrilling encounter.

“Second-half we came out better, we controlled the game for most parts of the half. We played with a bit more intensity and more care in possession and we created a few chances,” the midfielder told the club’s official website.

“It is very important for me to add goals to my game, so I’m pleased to get one today and I think it was a fair result in the end.”
