Serie A club, Udinese have announced goalkeeper Maduka Okoye will undergo surgery following a wrist injury.
Okoye sustained the injury during Udinese’s last Serie A clash with Genoa.
The Zebra’s announced on their official website that the Nigerian international will go under the knife in the coming days.
The 24-year-old established himself as Udinese’s number one shotstopper in the second half of last season.
He has made 14 league appearances for Kosta Runjaic’s side this season.
Udinese will be away to Monza in a Serie A clash on Monday (today).
