Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Jamie O’Hara has urged Arsenal to sign a player like Alexander Isak next year.
According to O’Hara, the Gunners need a player of Isak’s calibre if they want to win the Premier League title.
He noted that their current attacker Kai Havertz cannot help Mikel Arteta’s side to win the English top-flight league.
Arsenal have been linked with Isak, who has been in fine form for Newcastle United this season.
The Swede has registered nine goal involvements across 13 Premier League games for Eddie Howe’s side so far this term.
“Arsenal need a striker, it’s as simple as that,” O’Hara told Grosvenor Sport.
“I like Kai Havertz. He’s a good player, but he will not win you the Premier League.
“He can chip in here and there, but you need a goalscorer that is going to get you 25 or more goals a season.”
He added, “That is the difference at this level, Arsenal should look to sign a player like Alexander Isak.”
