Governor Namadi sacks Special Assistant on gender

Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar A. Namadi has relieved Khadija Sidi Suleiman, Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender, of her appointment.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government, Malam Bala Ibrahim, issued to DAILY POST.

The statement said the development takes effect immediately.

The statement also confirmed that all rights and privileges associated with her role have been withdrawn.

It urged her to hand over all government property in her possession to the office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State without delay.

The government expressed gratitude for her service and extended best wishes for her future endeavors.
