The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has appointed Adetula Oluwarotimi as the new Osun State Commander, DAILY POST reports.
Adetula is taking over from Chidi Nnadi who has been posted to Abia State as the new commander of the agency in the state.
The news of Adetula’s appointment was contained in a statement made available on Friday by Charles Odigie, the Osun NDLEA Public Relations Officer.
The statement partly reads: “Adetula O Lawal, takes over as NDLEA Osun Commander.
“The baton exchange hands, on Friday 20th December 2024, as Commander Chidi W Nnadi CN who has been posted to Abia State as the state commander, handed over to the newly appointed commander Adetula Oluwarotimi Lawal.”
The statement revealed that Adetula was formerly the Head of Operations, NDLEA, TinCan Port, Lagos.
“Until his appointment as the new commander, he served as the Head of Operations, Tincan Port, Lagos.
“He hails from Owo in Ondo State.”
