EPL: Ndidi gets new jersey number at Leicester City

Wilfred Ndidi has opted to take a new jersey number at Premier League club, Leicester City, DAILY POST reports.

Ndidi has donned jersey number 25 since his arrival at the King Power Stadium from Belgian Pro League club, Racing Genk in 2017.

The Nigeria international will now wear jersey number 6, which was vacated by Johnny Evans.

The defensive midfielder penned a new three-year contract with the Foxes last month.

The 27-year-old’s previous contract expired at the end of June.

Ndidi has registered 17 goals and 17 assists in 273 appearances for the former Premier League champions.
