NNL: Barau FC unveil former Super Eagles coach as new technical adviser

Nigeria National League, NNL, outfit, Barau FC on Monday unveiled their new technical adviser, Salisu Yusuf, DAILY POST reports.

Yusuf, a former Super Eagles assistant coach, penned a one-year contract with the club.

The 62-year-old has been tasked with the responsibility of guiding the club to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

The former international is one of the most experienced coaches in the domestic scene in Nigeria.

Yusuf previously worked with Nasarawa United, Kano Pillars, Enyimba and El-Kanemi Warriors.

He was in charge of the home-based Super Eagles that reached the final of the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco.

Barau FC is owned by Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau.
