Islamic scholar, Sheikh Sa’eedu Hassan Jingir is dead

Sheikh Sa’eedu Hassan Jingir, a distinguished Nigerian Islamic scholar, has passed on.

He died on Thursday after a prolonged illness.
Until his demise, Sheikh Jingir served as the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Scholars in the Izala Islamic Organization under the leadership of Sheikh Muhammad Sani Yahaya Jingir.

His funeral prayer will take place at his residence in Anguwan Rimi, Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Prominent Islamic figures, including former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Professor Ali Isa Pantami, and Kano Hisbah Board Chairman, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa, have expressed their condolences over his passing.
