A man only known as Ashfaq has been charged with his murder, according to police records. According to a statement from Mushtaq’s brother, after an argument, Mushtaq allegedly expelled Ashfaq from the WhatsApp group. He claimed that although the parties had made plans to meet and make amends, Ashfaq killed his brother when he showed up brandishing a revolver.
