According to a number of sources, Peter Obi is reportedly in talks with several of the nation’s leading leaders about the potential formation of a large party to challenge incumbent President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
Obi, who finished third in the most recent presidential election in 2023, claimed that his party had won the poll and accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of rigging it.
