Akwa Ibom, Enugu Will Join APC, Anambra, Oyo, Osun States Will Be Negotiated For APC-Primate Ayodele Reveals

 

 

According to a report by Daily Post, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has alleged that several governors within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have been compromised and will work in favor of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the lead-up to the 2027 presidential election. In a statement released on Friday, the prophet claimed that governors from Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Oyo, and Osun states will be instrumental in negotiations to align their states with the ruling party. He added that some of these governors will fully decamp to the APC before the elections.

“PDP governors have been compromised. More of them will still join APC like Akwa Ibom, Enugu. Anambra and Oyo states will be negotiated; Osun will also be negotiated for the APC,” Ayodele said. He further declared that the PDP Governors’ Forum no longer holds relevance, asserting that most of the governors will ultimately work against their own party.

“There is nothing like the PDP governors’ forum anymore, the governors will all work against the party,” he stated.
