After Governor Siminalayi Fubara was refused entry to the State House of Assembly, Sani was responding to the most recent event in the state.
“Impeachment, not peace, is the ultimate goal in Rivers; what happens after that is up to God,” Sani stated.that lawmakers were holding plenary sessions at the Rivers State House of Assembly on Wednesday, and Fubara was refused entry. gathered that Fubara arrived at the Assembly quarters to present the state 2025 budget but was met with a locked gate, preventing his entry.
Since the governor had previously promised to carry out the Supreme Court’s ruling, including the official unveiling of the 2024 budget, Fubara has accused Martin Amaewhule, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, of purposefully avoiding him.
