Following the declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers state by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, she made this comment. Remember that following the announcement, the president appointed Rtd Vice Admiral Ibokette Ibas as the state’s sole administrator and suspended the governor of Rivers state.
Reacting, Hilda Dokubo stated that she has been hearing people saying that the governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara didn’t keep his part of the agreement with the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
She said what is the agreement and how would it have impacted the people of Rivers state.
