New Manchester United manager, Rúben Amorim, has said his team must play “without fear”.
Amorim stated this in his first interview since being appointed the club’s new head coach.
The former Sporting CP boss arrived in the UK on Monday and is set to take his first training sessions next week.
His first competitive fixture will be against Ipswich Town on November 24.
“We know it will take time and we will try to win time with the games,” Amorim said.
“But we have to start from day one without fear, without thinking that they are not used to playing like this.
“This is not on my mind. They will start on the first day with our idea, no matter what. That’s the goal.”
