NPFL: Abia Warriors coach, Imama tasks players on improved performance

Abia Warriors head coach, Imama Amakpakabo has assured that his team will continue to fight for the remaining points in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.

The Umuahia-based club have recorded one point from their two opening fixtures of the season.

Amakpakabo stated that his team have a total of 108 points to play for in the NPFL.

Abia Warriors will travel to Ijebu-Ode next to play Sunshine Stars.

“I told my players before the start of the season that we have 114 points to play for and we have lost five points after a defeat and a draw to Remo Stars and Akwa United respectively,” He told Abia Warriors media.

“We still have about 108 points to play for and we are going to play for all the points remaining.”
