NPFL: Akwa United seek end to barren draw against Enyimba

Akwa United have expressed their determination to make up for the lost points when they take on Enyimba in a rescheduled fixture in Aba.

The Promise Keepers suffered a 2-1 defeat against Sunshine Stars in Uyo last weekend.

Mohammed Babaganaru’s side will lock horns with Enyimba in Aba on Wednesday.

Akwa United are still searching for their first win of the season.

The former Nigeria Premier Football League champions NPFL winners are optimistic of victory in the game.

“The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a man’s determination,” Akwa United wrote on X.

“We go for goals and victory!”
