Galatasaray manager, Okan Buruk, has revealed Victor Osimhen will remain at the club until the end of the season.
Osimhen is on loan at the Turkish Super Lig champions from Napoli.
The Nigeria international has reportedly been approached by Manchester United in recent days.
The striker has a clause in his contract which allows him to join another club in January.
Buruk, however, said the 25-year-old won’t leave the club during the winter transfer window.
“Osimhen intends to stay here until the end of the season,” he told NTV.
“He also wants to stay and has been telling me the same thing since the beginning. There is a clause, but it doesn’t matter, he said he will stay.
“The important thing is the player, it is the player who decides and Osimhen says he will stay here. He said the same thing when he came.”
He has registered eight goals and four assists in nine outings across all competitions for Galatasaray.
