According to Adejobi, the police officer who was shown mistreating naira in the recently circulated video that the sons of Lagos billionaire Chief Okoya posted has been identified and placed under disciplinary arrest. “The police officer’s involvement has been denounced as immoral. “We will make every effort to preserve the police’s integrity, credibility, and fundamental principles.” While applauding the police’s response, online users also called for the arrest and custody of Chief Okoya’s sons, who were suspected of committing the crime.
