This was included in a viral video that was uploaded on Wednesday to Rufai Oseni’s official X handle, a Nigerian broadcaster. In the viral video that surfaced online, the crowd was seen wearing red uniform and raising placards with different inscriptions. They were also captured showing their dissatisfaction over the activities of the Sole Administrator, Rtd Ibokette Ibas in Rivers state.
