The incident happened when the suspect, also known as “Ezeani” or “Ichie Billion,” tried to cross the Seme border into Nigeria with high-end devices like a Tecno Camon 19 and an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The suspect was turned over to the police for additional investigation because Mr. Ugochukwu declined the bribe.
