This is coming after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made the announcement on his official X handle on Monday.
In the post that the president shared on his page, he said the refinery is now operating at 60% capacity.
Here is what the President wrote on his page;
“With the Warri Refinery now operating at 60% capacity, my administration’s comprehensive plan to ensure energy efficiency and security is entirely on course. I urge NNPCL to accelerate repair work on Kaduna Refinery and the second refinery in Port Harcourt to consolidate Nigeria’s position as a global energy provider”.
However, Senator Shehu Sani has now reacted to the report. In a post that he shared on his official X handle, he said he is glad to hear that the refinery has commenced production.
Here is what Shehu Sani wrote on his page;
“Glad to hear that Warri refinery is back to production. A jinx has been broken. Kudos to Kyari”.
