EPL: Fulham boss expects big things from ‘happy boy’, Iwobi

Fulham manager, Marco Silva has praised Alex Iwobi ahead of the Whites Premier League meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Londoners will welcome Brighton to the Craven Cottage on Thursday (today).

Iwobi has been in impressive form for Fulham this season, providing three goals and three assists in 13 league appearances.

The Nigerian churned out a remarkable display in the 1-1 draw at Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

“I call him a happy boy. When you are in a happy place, when you are so positive and people around you are positive, I think good things will come to you,” Silva told reporters.

“You never see him panic at any moment of the game. He is going to be a top confidence player.”
