Gwamna Sani: Gwamanoni ba zasuyi amfani da ’yan sandan Jiha don danne ’yan adawa ba

Gwamnan Jihar Kaduna, Uba Sani, ya kwantar da hankula kan cewa idan aka kafa ’yan sandan jiha, gwamnonin jihohi ba zasuyi amfani da su wajen danne ’yan adawarsu ba.

Bayan taron Majalisar Tattalin Arziki ta Kasa a Abuja ranar Alhamis, Gwamna Uba Sani ya bayyana wa manema labarai cewa dukkan gwamnonin jihohi 36 sun gabatar da ra’ayoyinsu kan kafa ’yan sandan jiha, kuma duk sun nuna cikakken goyon baya.

Wannan ci gaban ya kara karfafa kira na kafa ’yan sandan jiha, duk da damuwar da ake yi a wasu bangarori cewa gwamnonin na iya yin amfani da su ta hanyar da be dace ba.

Amma a cikin hirar da gwamna Sani yayi da shirin Politics Today na Channels Television ranar Juma’a, ya bayyana cewa Majalisar Tarayya na iya gyara damuwar da ake da ita na gwamnonin amfani da ’yan sandan jiha ba daidai ba.

Gwamna Sani ya ce, “Tambayar ko gwamnonin za su yi amfani da ’yan sandan jiha wajen hamayyar masu adawa na iya faruwa ne idan Majalisar Tarayya da wadanda zasu rubuta dokar sun bawa ’yan sandan jiha dukkan ikon yin hakan.”

Ya kara da cewa, “Aikin kirkirar doka na bukatar mutane su zauna tare su duba fa’idodi da illolin wasu daga cikin tanade-tanaden.”

Gwamnan Kaduna yayi imanin cewa da an kafa ’yan sandan jiha shekaru uku da suka wuce, yawancin jihohin Najeriya bazasu fuskanci matsalolin tsaro da ke haddasa matsaloli ga harkokin kasuwanci da sauran al’amura ba a yau.

Ya bayyana cewa kafa ’yan sandan jiha zai warware matsalar tattara bayanai da raba su tsakanin jami’an tsaro a kasar, domin mafi yawan mutane suna cikin al’ummomin su kuma sunsan yanayin wuraren da kyau.

Game da ikon gwamnonin jihohi wajen samar da kudade don tallafawa ’yan sandan jiha, Gwamna Sani ya ce wannan ba zai zama babban matsala ba, domin mafi yawan gwamnonin suna kasafin kudi mai yawa don tallafawa ’yan sandan tarayya.
