National mosque in Abuja gets 5 new Imams

The Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, NSCIA have unveiled five new Imams of the National Mosque in Abuja.

The Imams were unveiled on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

Their unveiling became official following consideration by the General Purpose Committee.

The process was finally endorsed by the National Fatwa Committee.

The five new Imams are Professor Ilyasu Usman, Enugu State, Professor Luqman Zakariyah, Osun State, Professor Khalid Aliyu Abubakar, Plateau State, Haroun Muhammad Eze, Enugu State, Sheikh Abdulkadir Salman, Kwara State.
