The president described the development as a remarkable way to end the year. He however, congratulated the MD of NNPCL, Mele Kyari. President Tinubu said Kyari and his team have worked hard to restore the pride of Nigeria.
According to the President;
“I am equally happy that NNPC Limited is implementing my directive to restore all four refineries to good working condition.
