He stated that while officials claimed there was a “glitch,” the company that sold the system refuted this, stating that the shutdown was manual and intentional. He lamented that despite this revelation, no action has been taken, raising concerns about Nigeria’s electoral integrity.
He said in an interview with Channels TV, “We watch what they do during the electoral process. We see the shenanigans. Even when we bought new technology (BVAS) for this country, what did we do? We started subverting the system. The same system we used there – you remember the story of ‘Oh there was a glitch’? And the company that sold this system to us said: ‘No, there was no glitch.
