Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, has singled out Noussair Mazraoui for praise after their 3-2 win over Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Rasmus Hojlund scored twice as the Red Devils came from behind to beat the Norwegian side.
But Amorim was full of encomiums for Mazraoui who only arrived from Bayern Munich last summer for an initial fee of £12.8m, with a further £4.3m in potential add-ons.
The 26-year-old has gone on to put in impressive performances under former boss, Erik ten Hag and also in the two games Amorim has taken charge of.
“Noussair Mazraoui is an incredible player. He is our future,” Amorim said.
“He always seems fresh even if we have to be careful with all the matches.
“He is the kind of player we need.”
