
Olaonipekun Temitope has talked about her traumatic experience of being trafficked to Libya by a mother’s close friend and how she managed to get away. On days when she had fewer customers, she was compelled to sleep with at least ten men, while on other days, she had to sleep with as many as fifteen. She said, “If I could flash back, we used to sleep with 10 to 15 men in a day” .
Temitope stated that she was forced to sleep with men for three weeks before she found a way to escape. She revealed that she fasted for 3 days before found a way to escape. She said that her parents had been praying for her back in Nigeria, and she believed their prayers, along with her mother’s tears, gave her the strength to act. She recalled that on the day she escaped, she jumped over a fence and ran to the Nigerian embassy in Libya. She said the embassy officials helped her return to Nigeria.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
