The invitation, which was sent to the State Government by the Office of the Secretary, is a noteworthy step because it is the first time Fubara has formally addressed Amaewhule as the Speaker of the Assembly.
The invitation, dated March 7, makes reference to the governor’s letter from March 5 acknowledging receipt of the Supreme Court’s ruling.
