The luncheon gave the leaders a chance to discuss the current situation in the state with the former governor and to commend him on his accomplishments as the minister in charge of the nation’s capital.
86-year-old Chief Ferdinand Alabraba, the leader of the Rivers State Elders Council, and Chief OCJ Okocha (SAN), the former NBA President, were among those present at the luncheon.
Among other prominent figures are Senator Magnus Abe, former House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Hon. Chibudom Nwuche, Ambassador Desmond Akawor, Senator Alwell Oyesoh, Speaker of the House of Assembly Martin Amaewhule, and other members of the House.
Additionally present at the meal were Senators Adams Oshiomhole, Philip Aduda, Sandy Onor, Mao Ohuabunwa, and Monday Okpebholo, the governor of Edo State.
