Chief Whip Warns Natasha About Senate Protocol, Creating Tension Senator Tahir Munguno, the Chief Whip, expressed concerns over Senator Natasha’s apparent violation of Senate protocol prior to the start of Wednesday’s session. Munguno cited Order 55, Rule 1, which states that all senators shall remain motionless until the presiding officer enters and takes their places. He claimed that Senator Natasha had disregarded this regulation on numerous occasions, a fact that had been extensively covered by the media.
