In a lawsuit filed in Ikeja at the Lagos State High Court, the lawmaker from Lagos is requesting an immediate return to his position as head of the state’s House of Assembly. Obasa was wrongfully ousted as Lagos Speaker, according to the lawsuit, which was filed on February 14, 2025.
