In a video that was shared by SYMFONI TV, Ewor criticized Nweke for calling on Rivers elders and citizens to reconsider their support for Governor Fubara. He argued that Nweke had just left his position in government and immediately traveled to Abuja, where he met with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike. Ewor questioned why Nweke made this trip and what his real intentions were.
“You left government barely a week and found yourself in the house, the office, the hotel of the federal capital minister, Nyesom Wike, in Abuja. The first question is what was his aim,” he said.
He pointed out that Nweke, who had served the state for over 40 years and was close to 70 years old, made a deliberate choice to go to Abuja. “He wasn’t forced,” Ewor said. “He bought his own ticket, packed his bags, and went straight to Transcorp Hotel, where he was given a script to read.”
Ewor described Nweke as a “serial betrayer” and questioned why the elders of Rivers State should take him seriously. According to Ewor, Nweke’s actions were not accidental but well-planned. He insisted that the people of Rivers State strongly support Governor Fubara and will continue to trust his leadership.
He said that Nweke had no moral right to advise the people of Rivers State and that his attempts to sway public opinion against the governor would not succeed. “The support for Fubara is firm,” Ewor stated, “and nothing will change that.”.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
