Nwosu also addressed the party’s internal rules, particularly the requirement that members must have spent at least two years in ADC before contesting an election. He revealed that the party is working towards removing this restriction, making it easier for new members to run for office.
Speaking on Nigeria’s political system, the ADC chairman did not hold back in his criticism, labeling it as corrupt. He asserted that the party is committed to eradicating these corrupt practices by mobilizing a massive movement.
“We are going to mobilize a minimum of 60 to 80 million people to take over Nigeria,” Nwosu declared, highlighting ADC’s goal to rally a significant portion of the population to effect meaningful change.
As part of this mobilization, he explained that the party would engage citizens from various sectors, ensuring that Nigerians are actively involved in the process of reclaiming governance from corrupt elements. He emphasized that ADC’s vision is to establish a transparent and accountable government that truly serves the people.
