The attack claimed the lives of camera operator Andrei Panov and driver Alexander Sirkeli employed by Russian state television channel Zvezda, as well as journalist Alexander Fedorchak of Russia’s Izvestia media outlet, according to Leonid Pasechnik, the Russian-appointed governor of the Luhansk area.
